Vineyard Stay
A 3,100 square-foot, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on an 18-acre working vineyard estate, sleeping up to 8 guests.
The Setting:
- Secluded, end-of-the-road location
- 3 hand-tended acres of vines with 360-degree vineyard and countryside views, backing to 600 acres of neighboring working vineyards
- Seasonal lavender field, typically blooming May–July
- Olive orchard
- Fruit trees available for guests to pick whatever may be in season
- Abundant wildlife and native birds — a bird-watcher's paradise

Curated Experiences
Experience VineDance in a way that’s entirely your own. Overnight guests receive access to our carefully curated list of trusted local vendors - from private chefs and sommeliers to massage therapists, wellness classes, wine tour companies, photographers and more - making it easy to add something special to your wine country stay. Guests connect directly with vendors to arrange availability, booking and payment.
Throughout the year, we also open VineDance for a limited number of seasonal and special experiences, inviting both overnight guests and visitors to experience life on the estate. Depending on the season, that might mean joining us for grape harvest, picking olives during the fall, gathering around the table for a chef’s dinner, or taking part in a cooking class. Each experience is shaped by what’s happening on the vineyard and farm, an opportunity to get a little closer to the land, the seasons, and the rhythm of life at VineDance.

Estate Fruit Program
VineDance Vineyard is a small, family-run vineyard on California's Central Coast, where every vine is tended by hand across our three estate acres. We believe great wine starts with patience, with the rhythm of the seasons, the dance between sun and soil, and the care that goes into every step from vine to bottle.
Each year, our hand-tended vines produce small, carefully farmed lots of fruit for wineries and home winemakers throughout California.
Current Varietals & Estimated Tonnage
- Sangiovese — Clones 9 & 12: 2-2.5 tons
- Zinfandel — Clones 22 & 25: 3 tons
- Petite Sirah: 1.5-2 tons
- Viognier: 2 tons
- Vermentino: ½ ton
- Barbera: ½ ton

Film, Photo & Commercial Production
VineDance Vineyard is available as a private production location for film, television, commercial and editorial photo shoots.
With 360-degree views, a working vineyard, olive grove and end-of-the-road privacy, the property offers a rare combination of scenic variety and complete seclusion - ideal for productions that need both beauty and control over their environment.
A 3,000-square-foot warehouse on-site provides additional space for staging, equipment, wardrobe and crew needs, making VineDance well-suited for larger productions.
